ROSEMOUNT, Minn. - A Rosemount man, with 17 prior DWI convictions, has been charged with impaired driving.
In March, 59-year-old Marshall Knoll was charged by warrant with one count each of criminal vehicular operation resulting in great bodily harm, criminal vehicular operation resulting in substantial bodily harm, first-degree driving while impaired, and driving without a license.
The charges are related to a crash involving four vehicles in Vermillion Township in October 2017. Knoll was allegedly traveling 50-miles-per-hour when he rear-ended a stopped vehicle near the intersection of Highway 52 and 210 Street East. One person was seriously injured.
Knoll's blood screening revealed the presence of amphetamine and methamphetamine, the complaint states. He was arrested July 18 on the charges.
Knoll's next court appearance is set for October 25.
