ST PAUL, Minn. — The victim of Thursday night's fatal St. Paul hit-and-run has been identified by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner as Susan Harlan, 66, of St. Paul.
St. Paul police are still searching for the person who was driving the van pictured above, which has been identified as the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run at the intersection of Seventh Street East and Eichenwald Street.
They are asking anyone with information to call the investigator at 651-266-5656.
The Saint Paul Police Department said in a tweet Friday afternoon that officers found this vehicle near the fatal scene, but the driver was gone.
According to police, officers were called to the scene just before 6 p.m. where they located Harlan. She was transported to Regions Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
