ST PAUL, Minn. — St. Paul police are investigating a fatal shooting near Rice Street and Wayzata Street Sunday.
Police responded to the 900 block of Rice Street around 5:00 pm Sunday evening for a report of a man shot. When they arrived at the corner of Wayzata and Rice Streets, they found a man with a gunshot wound unconscious and not breathing.
The man was declared dead in his car.
Police are still looking for suspects and witnesses.
This incident is blocks away from another fatal shooting that occurred in September outside a grocery store.
