- High-fiber foods like legumes, fruits, whole grains, flaxseed and chia seeds
- Probiotic/fermented foods like kimchi, yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kombucha, apple cider vinegar and miso
- Foods that support digestion like pineapple, papaya and bitters
Foods to avoid:
- Alcohol and caffeine
- Sweetened fruit drinks
- Fried foods
- Red meats
- Sodas and seltzers
