GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Andrew Long-Middleton, head coach at E Squared Health, visited KARE 11 to discuss the importance of setting goals and of making gradual, deliberate changes when people decide to improve their health.
Long-Middleton also provided statistics about which kinds of health resolutions succeed and which are most likely to fail, giving viewers concrete tips they can apply to make smart, healthy changes - and make them stick.
Viewers have a chance to learn more on Saturday, Oct. 13 at 10 and 11 a.m. at Bachman’s on Lyndale Avenue. Coaches from E Squared Health will be giving free mini workshops on movement and nutrition.
