A bit stressed-out this Monday? Don't blame the state where you live.

WalletHub says a new report names Minnesota as the least stressed state in the union. To come to this conclusion WalletHub compared the states across 40 key metrics for conditions that produce stress. Here's where Minnesota finished in a few of them.

  • 40th – Avg. Hours Worked per Week
  • 42nd – Share of Adults Getting Adequate Sleep
  • 50th ¬– % of Adults in Fair/Poor Health
  • 26th – Job Security
  • 50th – Median Credit Score
  • 39th – Housing Affordability
  • 45th – % of Population Living Below Poverty Line
  • 48th – Divorce Rate
  • 37th – Crime Rate per Capita
  • 47th – Psychologists per Capita

The WalletHub report says Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas are the most-stressed states, while Minnesota is followed by Utah, Massachusetts and the Dakotas as most chill.

And this should come as no surprise... millennials say they are the most stressed generation.
