MINNEAPOLIS — The Queen of Jerk is back. Since Marla Jadoonanan's south Minneapolis restaurant (Marla's Caribbean Cuisine ) closed this summer, she has been serving up her most popular dishes at pop-up restaurants across the Twin Cities.
One of those pop-ups is at the Animales BBQ food truck at Able Seedhouse & Brewery.
She was invited to cook in the truck on Wednesday nights.
