WILLMAR, Minn. — The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Willmar teenager.
According to a press release, 16-year-old Jose Huerta-Aviles did not come home after school on January 8, 2020. There was a reported sighting of Huerta-Aviles on January 18, and he is still believed to be in the Willmar area.
A post on missingkids.org describes Huerta-Aviles as standing 5-foot-9 and weighing 145 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information that could help authorities is asked to call police at 320-235-1260.
