A 7-year-old gave all the money he had to help folks at homeless encampment

His wallet held $28, and he emptied it, once he learned people were living outside.

Figuring out how to really change our homeless problem here at home has been something lawmakers and housing experts have tried to solve for decades.

But they aren't the only ones, invested, in making change.

ALL.

HE.

HAD.

Here’s Miles, telling the story, of how this happened.
