'Rondo: Beyond the Pavement' has been chosen by the Amazon Prime All Voices Film Festival. The festival online screening takes until

June 24 on Amazon Prime Video. 

The student-produced film and podcast that chronicles the history of a once thriving African American neighborhood torn apart by the I-94 Interstate corridor.

Saint Paul Almanac, in partnership with Saint Paul Neighborhood Network (SPNN) and High School for Recording Arts (HSRA), produced 'Rondo: Beyond the Pavement.'

Bianca Rhodes said the student filmmakers have a chance to win $25,000 in prizes based on US consumer engagement.  

For example, engagement is determined by metrics, including but not limited to how many people watch, how long they  watch, and customer ratings. 

Since its release in November 2018 Rondo: Beyond the Pavement has screened at six international film competitions and festivals.

The documentary shows how the Rondo neighborhood was split to make way for the I-94 corridor.
