Studies reveal moms set the expectations, preserve the traditions and rituals, and do most of the work associated with holiday preparations and family celebrations.

How can I possibly get everything done? How can I make sure my children are happy and building good memories? All questions that jack up stress levels for moms. Dr. Marti Erickson, developmental psychologist and host of the weekly podcast ”Mom Enough”, appeared on KARE-TV to explain what we can do to help lower stress for matriarchs and the entire family.
