MINNEAPOLIS — Whether it’s your first date or umpteenth, the Twin Cities sizzles for summer dates.

Local professional matchmaker Stephanie Kluver from It’s Just Lunch Minneapolis shares her favorite hot spots for couples of all stages.

“The cities truly come to life during the summer," said Kulver. "It’s a time for all of us to get out and really enjoy all of the amazing outdoor activities and attractions Minneapolis, St. Paul and all of the surrounding areas have to offer."

“From the Hewing Rooftop Bar in Minneapolis to Ox Cart in St. Paul to COV in Wayzata, there are plenty of dating places.”

Kulver says settings like those can be pretty fun and low-key, especially if it’s your first date, and you don’t have to commit to something too intense or lengthy.

“Try walking around the Stone Arch Bridge. Afterwards, stop and grab drinks, an appetizer, or an ice cream at one of the many restaurants around the area, like Milkjam Creamery.”
