Great Cycle Challenge participants ride together to fight cancer

This year’s goal is for 70,000 riders to raise $8 million.

Hundreds of Twin Cities cyclists are gearing up to ride in the fifth annual Great Cycle Challenge USA to benefit Children’s Cancer Research Fund

Great Cycle Challenge encourages each rider to set a personal mileage goal for the month and ask their friends, family and colleagues to sponsor them through financial donations.

Founded in 2015, Great Cycle Challenge USA has quickly grown to become one of the biggest cycling events in the country. This year’s goal is for 70,000 riders to raise $8 million.

Proceeds from Great Cycle Challenge USA have helped jumpstart and advance research at some of the nation’s top childhood cancer research centers, including the University of Minnesota. Learn more at Great Cycle Challenge USA.
