Meals free from the top 14 allergens

When she couldn't find meals for her kids with allergies, she decided to create a solution.

All Clean Food meals are organic, gluten-free, plant-based and free from the top 14 allergens.

Loaded Creamy Garlic Pasta

  • 1 box All Clean Food - Creamy Garlic Pasta
  • Butter of Choice (we use Earth Balance Vegan Butter)
  • Milk of choice (we use Chobani Creamy Oat Milk)
  • 2 cups broccoli, cut to bite size pieces, roasted or steamed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • I pound chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (optional)

STEP 1: Boil two pots of water, one for your All Clean Food Pasta and the other to steam your broccoli!

STEP 2: Warm Olive Oil in a pan, medium heat and add chicken strips, flipping in order to lightly brown each side. Once done, remove from heat.

STEP 3: Cook All Clean Food Pasta according to instructions on the box (super easy-the prep is just like making Mac & Cheese)!

TIP: cook gluten-free pasta Al Dente (tender and yet firm to the bite). Do not overcook your gluten-free pasta as it can be more delicate than a traditional wheat pasta.

STEP 4: While the pasta is boiling and broccoli is steaming, quarter the cherry tomatoes and cut up some parsley

STEP 5: After you have drained and rinsed the pasta, add the milk, butter and herb/spice packet to the pan (according to box instructions), then add in the cooker pasta, steamed broccoli, quartered tomatoes, chicken strips. Mix well and top with press parsley.

Enjoy this easy, healthy delicious meal for ALL around your table!

MEAL PLANNING TIP: Roast vegetables such as broccoli, carrots & beets AND sauté chicken or other proteins on Sunday (or your least busy day). Save them in the fridge so they are ready to throw into your All Clean Food Pasta or other dishes! This will save time during the week AND you’ll eat more vegetables & protein by having them ready to go!
