Ingredients:
2 skin on Salmon fillets
lemon pepper seasoning
seasoned salt
2 teaspoons ginger paste
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup Sovereign Estate Frontenac Gris
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped for garnish
Process:
Season 2 cut fillets of skin on salmon with lemon pepper and seasoned salt 1 hour before cooking.
In a hot skillet add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and place in salmon fillets skin side down. Cook on high 2 minutes until skin is brown and crispy. Flip and sear flesh side for another 2 minutes. add ginger to pan. Turn back to skin side down, add honey and wine and cover with lid . Cook 1 move minute. Remove from heat and let set 5 minutes and garnish with cilantro before serving.

1 thinly sliced and peeled English cucumber
¼ cup thinly sliced sweet onion
2 tablespoons sesame oil
¼ cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
garlic salt
black sesame seeds
