GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — Holman’s Table has updated their menu and they came to our show to share with us a fall recipe.
They are now taking reservations for Thanksgiving Day.
They will have a gourmet buffet with Chef Carvery, brunch fare and classic Thanksgiving dishes.

Holman’s Table Essential Lemon Ricotta Toast
- 1 piece Herb Focaccia
- 2 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 1 TBSP Lemon, Juice & Zest- Half for Ricotta and Half for Arugula Salad
- 1 ½ TBSP Chopped Scallion
- 1 ½ TBSP Chopped Marinated Tomato
- ½ TBSP Capers
- 1 oz Arugula
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Cut bread in half the long way and grill. Add half the lemon juice and zest to Ricotta, season with S&P and mix. Spread lemon ricotta mix on grilled bread and top with evenly with sprouts, tomatoes and capers. For extra flavor drizzle flatbread with oil from the marinated tomatoes. Toss Arugula with EVOO and remaining lemon juice, zest and season with S&P. Place salad on plate and rest toast on salad. Enjoy!
