A tweet captioned 'Someone had a rough night out on the town' sums up this deer's Monday.

APPLE VALLEY, Minn. — Apple Valley police tweeted pictures and video early Tuesday morning, showing a citizen in distress... a citizen that doesn't have a permanent address, OR pay taxes.

A small deer somehow became entangled in a net.

Police were able to free the deer, and posted a video of it scampering away, hopefully to tell it's friends to watch where they're going. It did not appear to be injured.
