Driver of submerged semi in Wisconsin ID'd; 2nd body found

Authorities found a damaged guardrail on Interstate 90-94 just north of the Mirror Lake bridge in Sauk County about 7:30 a.m. Sunday. Below they discovered a semi submerged in the lake. One person found dead in the cab was identified Monday as 39-year-old Timothy Green, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. A woman's body was found near the cab later in the day. An autopsy is being conducted today to confirm her identity.

3 people are reported dead and a Hubbard County deputy is recovering from a gunshot wound following a series of violent events in Nevis overnight.

Officers involved in Nevis incident with 3 dead identified

Authorities have identified two officers involved in a northern Minnesota incident in which three people died of gunshots. The Department of Public Safety says Hubbard County Deputy Seth Kuhn fired his gun during the incident in Nevis, and Deputy Erick Rypkema was struck by a bullet fired by 34-year-old Bryce Bellomo. Authorities say Bellomo killed himself in the Thursday incident. Rypkema survived. The two women who died leave behind seven children between them.

Child injured after falling off the top of MOA escalator

Bloomington Police and Mall of America Security responded to a an incident involving a 6-year-old child falling from an escalator Monday afternoon. Investigation at the scene determined the child was at the top of the escalator going down to Sea Life, when the fall occurred. The City of Bloomington said that the fall was accidental and not the result of an escalator malfunction.
