'A Doll's House, Part 2' comes to the Jungle Theater

The show is on stage through Feb. 23.

A new chapter in a legendary play is coming to the Jungle Theater in Minneapolis.

"A Doll's House, Part 2" is an imagined continuation of Henrik Ibsen’s famous three-act play, "A Doll's House," which looked at the rules of society and gender in 1879 Norway.

In the original play, the character of Nora makes a shocking decision to leave her husband and children to begin a life on her own. The new play picks up the story several years later as Nora returns home, taking a closer look at what that might mean for the people she left behind.
