Husband-wife team has advice for couples riding out the pandemic

They recommend couples consider how to encourage each other amid all of life’s curveballs, especially now.

MINNEAPOLIS — The quality time we’ve discovered during the pandemic may have also revealed some challenges in our closest relationships.

A local husband-and-wife team offers the perspective and advice couples may need to navigate this difficult time.

"I think the number one step is when you recognize how our partner shows up when they are stressed, that’s the number one step. And then recognize how you show up when you’re stressed," said Jodi Short, co-founder and CEO of Ordinary to Extraordinary – or O2E – a company she created with her husband, Will.

Short recommends couples consider how to encourage each other amid all of life’s curveballs, especially now.

And she has other specific advice, too, that she shares on her website, where couples can also sign up for classes. You can also learn more on their Instagram account: @o2esprint.
