For great tips, watch our video on preparing Baked Brie or Camembert in Lefse

 Brush Cinnamon EVOO on bottom and sides of a crock or casserole dish and

on one side of lefse pieces

 Layer lefse in crock/casserole dish oiled side up

 Remove top rind of brie or chop up bits of leftover brie and other soft

cheeses (great use of leftovers) and place on top of lefse

 Top with Lingonberry Spread, sliced almonds and bake in 350˚F. oven until

melted (careful not to burn almonds) approximately 15 minutes

 Finish with Aged White Balsamic and sprinkle of Scandinavian Sugar

 Use corners of lefse for chips. Can make more by baking lefse that has been

brushed with EVOO and cut into triangles
