GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — It’s not too early to start talking about ticks. In fact, doctors at The Urgency Room’s Twin Cities’ locations have been seeing tick-related cases already.
The Minnesota Department of Health reported 1,408 confirmed Lyme disease cases in our state in 2017. There were an additional 910 probable cases or physician-diagnosed cases that did not meet criteria for confirmed cases but had laboratory evidence of infection.
