CORCORAN, Minn — For 39 years the Hamel Rodeo has been entertaining fans every summer.
Bull riding, calf roping, barrel racing and so many more events make for a full slate of activities, but a cowboy named Tim Lepard and his dog riding monkeys are a highlight that always steals the spotlight.
