ST. CLOUD, Minn. — St. Cloud authorities say they have safely located Lowell McClure, a 9-year-old boy who went missing earlier this afternoon.
Officials were asking for the public's assistance in locating Lowell, who was last seen fishing with his brother in the area of Munsinger Gardens near the dam at around 1:45 p.m. Thursday.
Lowell was found at a friend's house.
