Tim McGraw performing at Minnesota State Fair

Dust off your cowboy boots! The country star is coming to the fair on Sept. 1.

ST PAUL, Minn. — The Minnesota State Fair has added a big name to its 2020 Grandstand Concert Series.

Get your cowboy boots and hats ready! Country superstar Tim McGraw, with special guest Midland, will perform on Sept. 1 at 7:30 p.m. No word on whether his superstar wife Faith Hill will be along for the ride. 

Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 21 at 10 a.m. All tickets are reserved seating and cost either $60, $78 or $88. You can purchase tickets online, by calling 800-514-3849, or by visiting the State Fairgrounds Ticket Office from 10 a.m. to noon on Feb. 21. Limit eight tickets per person.

Other 2020 Grandstand shows that have already been announced include The Doobie Brothers featuring Tom Johnston, Michael McDonald, Pat Simmons, John McFee with special guest Dirty Dozen Brass Band on Aug. 28, and Darci Lynne & Friends with special guest Okee Dokee Brothers on Sept. 7.

More shows will be announced in the months leading up to the State Fair.
