A photo that was being circulated Saturday morning on Facebook showed a sign saying "Now hiring" and listed a racial slur and a derogatory term for women.

BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn. - Authorities have charged a 19-year-old Minneapolis man for altering letters on an Arby's sign board to make an offensive message last Saturday.

According to court documents, Usindini Christopher Colling-Harper admitted to rearranging the letters of the sign so it contained a racial slur and a derogatory term for women.

Colling-Harper told investigators he changed the letters because, "he was bored while waiting for a bus and thought it would be funny."

Colling-Harper is charged with criminal defamation, disorderly conduct and public nuisance.
