MINNEAPOLIS - The Hi-Lo Diner had a tough choice to make.
It had to choose a Girl Scout troop to supply it with a huge order of cookies.
So it crowd-sourced the decision, and had the public vote.
Everyone had something to offer, but one group stood out. KARE 11 Saturday welcomes the winning troop to the show.

Here is Hi-Lo's recipe for Lemon Curd.
INGREDIENTS:
6 lemons (Juiced +Zest of 2 lemons)
24 oz sugar
½ lb. unsalted butter, room temperature
5 oz Egg Yolk
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon citric Acid
2 Gelatin Sheets (about 1 teaspoon)
DIRECTIONS:
Zest 2 Lemons and juice all 6 lemons add sugar, room temp. butter, egg yolks, salt and citric acid in a metal bowl.
In a double boiler in medium heat cook the curd stirring with a spatula until thicken.
Scraping bottom of the bowl constantly.
Bloom the Gelatin sheets and add to curd. Strain in hotel pan and cover with plastic wrap directly on the curd.
