Meet Joe Seppa, LLS Man of the Year candidate

Right now, Joe is recruiting a battalion of Seppa's Soldiers who will raise $200,000 by May 19 to fund a cure.

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Joe Seppa doesn’t have Leukemia or Lymphoma; what Joe has is heart. A humble, take care of people in need heart.

Right now, Joe’s heart is driven to recruit a battalion of Seppa’s Soldiers who will raise $200,000 by May 19 to fund a cure.

Joe’s compassion comes from his mother, who single handedly raised the family. Her selflessness instilled in Joe a need to care more for others than himself. It drove Joe to became a licensed first responder and later, a combat medic serving under fire in Iraq.

After serving, Joe came to Morrie’s Automotive where he is now General Manager of Morrie’s Brooklyn Park Subaru. Here, he continues to serve others. Joe regularly hosts charity drives at the dealership and blanket drops at the area children’s’ hospital, which is where he learned Leukemia and Lymphoma are the leading cause of cancer deaths in children.

In tribute to these children and after discovering a coworker’s father has LLS, Joe challenged himself and his Seppa’s Soldiers to raise a record-breaking $200,000 by May 19. It’s a massive goal never before attained in the Man of the Year challenge.
