MINNEAPOLIS - When you walk in the front door, you’ll see the words “Sweet Vibes Only” lit up on the wall of the new Edwards Dessert Kitchen.
The space in the North Loop opened to the public this week and features desserts and cocktails on the menu.
Christina Kaelberer, Executive Pastry Chef, talked to KARE 11 about the restaurant concept and the carefully crafted dessert and cocktails they’re serving. “It’s kind of like a dessert destination that we created,” she says. “It’s not a bar, it’s not a nightclub – just a place you can go get a little treat after dinner.”
From cookies, to pastries, to ice cream - there’s plenty to satisfy your sweet tooth. They’ve also partnered with Tattersall Distillery for their cocktail offerings.
