PAYNESVILLE, Minn. — Paynesville Police are asking for public help in locating a missing man who is also wanted on a criminal warrant.
Steven Dale Row was last seen by neighbors leaving his residence in his work truck on May 23. The 50-year-old is currently entered as a missing person, but also has a warrant out for his arrest on first degree criminal sexual conduct charges.
Family members and authorities are concerned for his welfare as prior to leaving the residence Row appears to have been searching for information on committing suicide.
Row is described as a white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 190 pounds, with brown eyes, gray receding hair and a goatee/beard. He is likely wearing glasses. Row was driving a blue 2005 Chevrolet 2500 HD pickup, Minnesota License Plate MAE592.
