BLAINE, Minn. — Crews were on scene Tuesday morning as a small plane made an emergency landing at the Anoka County-Blaine airport.
According to the airport's manager, the plane had a mechanical malfunction, and one of the wheels did not extend properly for landing.
There were no injuries reported.
