GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - A new fitness trend is combining plyometrics and yoga for a challenging workout.

PlyoFlo is a back-to-the-basics workout that doesn't use a lot of equipment, instead using plyometrics to get your heart pumping and yoga to help with flexibility and preventing injuries.

PlyoFlo has two locations in the Twin Cities: Uptown and St. Louis Park. More information is available on the website. They provide a free week for new students.
