ST PAUL, Minn. — The man who was shot outside a St. Paul gas station on June 18 has died from his injuries.
The victim has been identified by the St. Paul Police Department as 22-year-old Dajuon Johnson of St. Paul.
The incident took place shortly after 4 a.m. outside the BP gas station at 1347 University Avenue West. Police spokesman Steve Linders says officers responded to reports of gunshots and found a man on the ground wounded.
On Monday, the St. Paul Police Department posted on its Twitter that Johnson died of his injuries just before noon on June 22. That makes the shooting the 11th homicide of the year.
No arrests have been made related to the incident.
