WEST ST. PAUL, Minn. - Authorities say a missing vulnerable man in West St. Paul has been found safe.
Timothy Rolando, 54, had last been seen on Friday. Authorities in West St. Paul and Dakota County asked for the public's help locating him.
At about 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, West St. Paul Police announced on Twitter that Rolando was found safe.
