3 people shot at Aqua Nightclub in Minneapolis

Three people are currently in the hospital with "non-life-threatening wounds."

MINNEAPOLIS - The Minneapolis Police Department has confirmed that three people were shot at the Aqua Nightclub and Lounge in Minneapolis. Officers responded to reports of multiple people shot at 1:43 a.m. on Monday morning.

The following information was obtained from a Minneapolis Police Department press release.

Officers arrived to a chaotic scene and were able to locate two people suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds. The two injured parties were transported to Hennepin County Medical Center by ambulance.

A third individual showed up at the hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. This person was transported by a private vehicle. All three victims are adult men.

Investigators arrived on the scene and with the help of road officers, numerous people were interviewed and statements were taken. The Minneapolis Police Department Crime Lab responded and collected evidence for analysis.

The suspect fled the scene and has not been apprehended.
