GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Mystery fans are celebrating the release of Minnesota author Ronald Stanchfield's new novel, "Jenny."
Set in some familiar Twin Cities locations, "Jenny" is a fictional story centering on Jennifer Poole. She's young, intelligent, attractive, a working mom, a marketing executive for the nation’s largest toy company, and highly focused on whatever her current passion might be.
When her 10-year-old son, Jason, is kidnapped and discovered hours later with no memory of his ordeal, she is compelled to discover what really happened and why. When people around her begin disappearing and dying, she knows she could be next and goes under cover to discover secrets, reaching deep into world politics, secrets no one wants revealed.
The story’s setting is the Lake Minnetonka area, Mall of America and western Nebraska’s Sand Hill Prairie.
