EAGAN, Minn – For the first time since signing his 4-year, $64-million dollar contract, Vikings Wide Receiver Adam Thielen addressed the media Tuesday.

By now we've all heard about Thielen's rise to fame, but for the Vikings having him gives them hope for extending the window to contend in the NFC North, which they'd like to do sooner rather than later.

Dave Schwartz was at TCO Performance center and caught up with Thielen who says his deal is about a lot more than just money.

"They want to reward the people that help the football team win games and ultimately they want to win games," Thielen said in reference to his contract with the Vikings. "And that's one of the biggest reasons why I want to be here for a long time. I want to win games."
