Adaptive Sports Jr. Nationals wraps up big week in Minnesota

For the first time in its 36-year history, Adaptive Sports USA held its Junior Nationals competition in the Twin Cities.

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — For the first time in its 36-year history, Adaptive Sports USA held its Junior Nationals competition in the Twin Cities.

Over the course of the week, more than 250 athletes from across the country took part in the event. Friday was the last day of the competition.

The week-long event was open to athletes through the age of 22 and included archery, paratriathlon, powerlifting, swimming and track and field.
