No longer are the Vikings holding their annual training camp there, but the city still has so much to offer. Stops to the Children’s Museum of Southern Minnesota, Mankato Brewery, and the Kato Escape Room were highlights, but there was also a visit to The Paw, an amazing resort for dogs.
And speaking of dogs, the Mankato MoonDogs have a brand new field and a season that starts later this month. That was worth a stop. And what visit to Mankato is complete without a stop for some ice cream at the elite Mom and Pop’s Ice Cream Shop?
