MINNEAPOLIS — Major League Baseball has announced the start times for the first games of the 2019 playoffs, including the American League Division Series between the Minnesota Twins and New York Yankees.
The Yankees will host the Twins for Games 1 and 2 in the Bronx. Game 1 will be played Friday, Oct. 4 at 6:07 p.m. at Yankee Stadium. Game 2 follows on Saturday at 4:07 p.m., also in New York.
Start times have not been determined yet for the rest of the best-of-five series, which moves to Target Field in Minneapolis for Games 3 and 4.
Friday's Game 1 will be televised nationally on MLB Network. Game 2 will be on FS1.
