Host Ellery McCardle gets insight from Hmong chef Yia Vang. He's making a name for himself in the culinary world, on the heels of his new restaurant Vinai. Yang talks about his tumultuous past with his culture, born in a refugee camp in Thailand, moving to Minnesota and eventually embracing his Hmong culture.
