HUBBARD COUNTY, Minn. — A 36-year-old man has died after a fatal crash in Hubbard County Monday morning.
The incident occurred just after 7 a.m. on Hubbard County Road 38 in Lakeport Township.
According to officials, a 29-year-old from Dilworth was traveling north on County Road 38 in a 2002 GMC Yukon when he collided head on with a 2005 Hyundai driven by 36-year-old David Weimer of Walker.
Weimer was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident is under investigation.
