MINNEAPOLIS — The Minneapolis Police Department is investigating a deadly crash involving a bicyclist Wednesday at the intersection of 12th Street N and Linden Ave in downtown Minneapolis.
Authorities say a truck hauling construction equipment was turning onto Linden Ave from 12th Street when it struck a man on his bike. The man died at the scene.
Police say the driver is cooperating and initial indications are that drugs or alcohol are not expected to be a factor.
