GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — Warmer air in store for the holiday weekend, with a slight cool down and rain for Memorial Day.

It’s looking sunny and warm today with highs in the mid-70s for most of the state. Far northern Minnesota could see a slight chance for a passing shower, but nothing that should ruin any time outdoors. On Sunday, staying dry for the most part with an increasing chance of an overnight shower. High temperatures in the middle 70s.

Showers and storms return early Monday morning and could linger most of the day with highs in the low 70s.
