WEATHER: Cool and blustery end to the week

Expect brighter conditions through the weekend, with a continued breezy northwest wind.

MINNESOTA, USA — Rain chances have exited the state and you can expect brighter conditions the rest of the day.

It's still windy and the wind will stay strong at least through Saturday. Highs today will stay in the lower 40s in northwest Minnesota with low to mid-50s around the metro.
