GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — Another mainly dry day today, although we'll see a few more clouds. Temps will be a bit warmer in the mid 80s. Winds will be lighter from the southwest at 5 to 10 mph. Dew points will remain comfortable in the 50s.

Tonight into Thursday humidity returns to the area, which will touch off some thunderstorms. Storms will develop late tonight to our west and move in during the morning hours Thursday. We should see sun return later in the day Thursday with dew points climbing into the muggy 60s.

Friday will bring on the heat heading into the weekend. We'll be in the upper 80s Friday and well into the 90s Saturday and Sunday with dew points in the low 70s, creating heat indices of nearly 100 degrees!

Thunderstorms are possible again early next week.
