MINNEAPOLIS — Snow emergencies don't take holidays.
The City of Minneapolis says they issued 1,268 tickets, while 378 vehicles were towed since the snow emergency was issued Wednesday night.
It was the first snow emergency of the winter season in Minneapolis, but it won't be the last, so knowing the procedure in your city is paramount.
