GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — A low pressure system to the south is slowly moving north and that will bring widespread showers beginning overnight and lasting through most of Sunday. The low itself will track right over southern Minnesota and into eastern Wisconsin and that will help to keep the rainfall steady once it begins.

Another 1-2" of rain is possible as the system moves through. Thankfully, there's no severe threat with this next round of moisture but we'll still feel some big changes as temperatures slowly fall Sunday afternoon.

As the temperatures drop, a few folks could see some snow flakes mixed in with the rain as the showers push out of the area but any mixture should be brief.
