311, The Offspring, and Earth, Wind & Fire added to Fair lineup

FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. - On Monday, the Minnesota State Fair announced two nights of new concerts.

Fair officials announced the Never-Ending Summer Tour, featuring 311, The Offspring and Gym Class Heroes, will fill the grandstand on Friday, Aug. 31. 311's hits include “Down,” “All Mixed Up,” “Amber,” and “Love Song”.

Tickets are $49 and $59 and go on sale Friday.

Earth, Wind & Fire, one of the world’s top-selling musical groups of all time, will perform on the fair grandstand Aug. 26. The group has nine Grammy awards, been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and earned achievements from ASCAP, NAACP and the BET Awards. Top hits from one of the most influential groups of the century include “September,” “Boogie Wonderland” and “Let’s Groove.”

Tickets are $39 and $49 and go on sale Friday.
