Stamp Out Hunger from your mailbox on May 12

On Saturday, May 12, all you need to do to make a difference is leave a bag of non-perishable, non-breakable, non-expired food items at your mailbox for your letter carrier to pick up to deliver to Second Harvest Heartland.

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Mark your calendar for Saturday, May 12 and help to fight hunger in Minnesota by participating in Stamp Out Hunger.

On Saturday, May 12, all you need to do to make a difference is leave a bag of non-perishable, non-breakable, non-expired food items at your mailbox for your letter carrier to pick up to deliver to Second Harvest Heartland.

Online donations are also accepted and Land O' Lakes will be matching donations up to $25,000. Every dollar can be turned into 6 meals for families, children and seniors in need. You can also register online to volunteer.

2018 marks the 26th year of Stamp Out Hunger, the largest single-day food drive in the country. More than 1.5 billion pounds of food has been collected nationwide.
